Stacey May Fowles has been named to the shortlist of Canada Also Reads for her book Fear of Fighting, published by Invisible Publishing. In addition to being an accomplished author, Fowles is the director of circulation and marketing at The Walrus magazine, the publisher of Shameless magazine and a blogger for Masthead.

Canada Also Reads 2010 was launched this year by the National Post's column The Afterword in response to CBC’s Canada Reads, according to an article on its website. A complete list of nominees can be found here.
