COPA host named; more judges added
Nora Young, host and creator of CBC Radio technology and culture show Spark, will host the 2011 Canadian Online Publishing Awards (COPA) taking place Oct. 24 at the Gladstone Hotel in Toronto.

Spark airs nationally on CBC Radio, with an online presence at cbc.ca/spark. Young's bio explains that as a journalist and speaker, she is interested in how new technology shapes the way we relate to ourselves, each other, and to the world around us, a subject she is currently pursuing in a book to be published in early 2012.

Aside from technology and culture, Young enjoys teaching yoga, cycling and being in nature. She lives in Toronto.

Meanwhile, more judges have been added to review 314 COPA entries. The new judges include:
