Annex Business Media has appointed Todd Humber to the role of Group Publisher.Reporting to chief operating officer Scott Jamieson. Todd has extensive experience in B2B and mainstream media. He started his career as a junior at the Woodstock Sentinel-Review and served as editor of the Oshawa News and senior editor of the Port Hope Evening Guide and Cobourg Daily Star. He spent the last two decades of his career at Thomson Reuters, serving most recently as publisher and editor-in-chief of Canadian HR Reporter and its family of publications. He was also involved in numerous events and competitions including Canada’s Safest Employers and the National HR Awards. He is responsible for Canadian Forest Industries, Canadian Biomass, Pulp & Paper Canada, Operations forestieres et de scierie, Rock to Road, Crane & Hoist Canada, Turf & Rec, Aquaculture North America, Hatchery International and RAStech.
